Jill was reared in the historic Pontchartrain Park subdivision of New Orleans, LA where she grew up singing and playing her flute in the church choir. She always had a passion for writing and an even greater penchant for the workings of the human mind. She received her bachelors degree in Sociology from Tulane University, and worked as a researcher for over twenty years, at Tulane, LSU, and Ochsner.
When Jill's not writing, she can be found playing her flute, playing tennis, or spending time with family and friends. Jill says that she's found giving through volunteering to be a blessing and a key element in being able to nurture creativity.
With humility and God’s grace, Jill has taken what she’s learned as a student of life and created a uniquely fun and exciting way to explore psycho-social, and emotional realities - through a mystery series.
Jill says her readers are the best! The love and excitement for Morgan Jane Winters and her perils is truly unmatched.
